Stairway to Fitness.....I hope......
Tiring it was...Crazy is the word that definitely went through my mind as I was doing it.... I climbed 7 flights of stairs to get to my workstation at the client's.... Sure, this isnt the 1st time I'm doing this, as I used to go up and down 5 floors each way to the surau from my office when I was based in KA.... But with my laptop and bag on my back and 2 extra floors, my legs felt heavier and heavier with every step!!!
It all started out as a pact amongst my team members, I'm not sure whether it was suggested by SV or RZ, but AA was definitely enthusiastic about it.... It would help us lose weight it seems.... Only for AA to be the only one not to have taken the stairs this morning....
And yes, its the peer pressure that has driven me to do this, not so much my new year resolution to lose 5 kilos.... You should see the dirty looks given by SV and RZ when I didnt do so on Tuesday morning.... Well, I did get a waiver from doing it that morning as I had played futsal the previous night, and my legs were left all aching.....
Today, it felt better, but not for long though.... My inner voice was screaming at me at how crazy i was for doing this.... or maybe it was the pain shooting from my legs, or the inability to take in the required amount of oxygen to carry out such a strenous activity, so early in the morning....
Well, assuming we're able to keep this up till our last day at this client at the end of next month, we should be much fitter than we currently are.... but dont expect me to keep this up once i'm back in MM, as being based on the 17th floor, that's 10 floors too many!!!

AA? Who's that? This AA will never be enthusiastic about such idea :)
And...17th floor? When did you guys move four floors up?
hehe, her initials as per her IC is AIC..... and yeah, it took awhile, no wait, we're still panting our way up 7 floors haha
we did move sometime in Jan....its newer, quieter, but damn, i face the pillar, so no view for me....
